Terms & Conditions
-Age groups relate to the 2021/22 season
-Participating clubs and teams must have been affiliated to their County FA during the 2021/22 season
-Participating players must have been registered to play for their club during the 2021/22 season
-All games will be played 5 v 5. Maximum squad size of 7 per team
-Players, coaches, parents, carers and spectators are expected to follow the FA Respect Guidelines
-Teams will need to have completed the booking form (below) and paid (link below) to guarantee their entry. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis
-Entry cost is £25 per team. A separate booking form must be completed for each team if booking multiple teams. Maximum 4 teams per age group / per club
-In the event of the event being oversubscribed, a full refund will be given to those teams we are unable to include. If the event is cancelled for reasons outside our control, a full refund will be given
-No refund will be payable if a team withdraws from the festival later than 5pm on 18th June
-Festival format, schedule and fixtures will be issued to participating teams nearer the event
